What happens if I’ve forgotten my password?

Hey there! Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Here are some simple steps you can follow to reset your password and regain access to your account: 

  • First, head over to our login page at http://pc.wankol.com/login and click on the “Forgot Password” button. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter the email address or phone number associated with your account. This will help us verify your identity and ensure that we’re resetting the password for the correct account. 
  • Next, we’ll send you a verification code to your email address or phone number. Simply enter the code in the provided field to confirm your identity and proceed with the password reset process. 
  • Once your identity has been verified, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong and unique password, and make sure to confirm it to ensure accuracy. If your password has been successfully reset, you should see a confirmation message that reads “successfully modified”.
