Here’s a friendly guide on how to redeem your Wankol Points:
- Click the drop-down button located at the top right side of the page where you can see your name.
- Choose “Personal Information” from the drop-down menu, then click on “My Points” on the left side of the page. Here, you can check your Points Balance as well as details of all the points you have earned so far.
- Go to the “Points Center” and select the reward that you want to redeem with your current Wankol Points balance.
- Click “Apply for Redemption” and choose the business card you want to associate with the redemption.
- Finally, click “OK” and the system will process your redemption within 2×24 hours. You can always check the progress of your redemption on the “Points Redemption Record” page.
