How do you redeem points?
- Navigate to the “My Points” section.
- Select “Points Mall” from the menu.
- Choose the desired product or service for redemption.
- Click on the “Redeem” button.
- Please wait for maximum 3 working days for our team to verify your redemption.
- Our team will send a copy of the voucher to your email
Please note that point redemption is contingent upon the verification of your name card. Ensure that all details on your name card are verified by following these steps:
- Go to your name card.
- Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the card.
- Choose “Name Card Verification.”
- Complete all the required verification data.
