User Agreement
- Introduction
Welcome to our influencer marketing platform Wankol (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Platform. - Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. - Platform Description
The Platform connects influencers (the “Influencers”) with brands and businesses (the “Brands”) for the purpose of promoting products and services through social media and other online channels. As an Influencer, you may be able to earn money through sponsored content and other forms of compensation. - Influencer Responsibilities
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, laws related to advertising, marketing, and endorsements.
- You will disclose any sponsored content or compensation you receive from Brands in accordance with the laws and guidelines of the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS) and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).You will not make any false or misleading statements about the products or services promoted through the Platform.
- You will not engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of the Platform or any of the Brands.
- Brand Responsibilities
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, laws related to advertising, marketing, and endorsements.
- You will not make any false or misleading statements about the products or services promoted through the Platform.
- You will not engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of the Platform or any of the Influencers.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. - Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. - Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Agreement on the Platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. - Contact Us
