Advertisers refuse to settle my payment, how do I report the case?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble settling your payment with the advertiser. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you out.  

Firstly, we recommend trying to communicate with the advertiser to resolve the issue. However, if the situation persists, you can always submit an appeal by clicking the “submit an appeal” button on the campaign details page. Please explain the situation clearly in the “description” box and attach any necessary screenshots as evidence. We will review your case within 2×24 hours and do our best to help you receive fair payment for your work.
