How to Earn Wankol Points?
You earn Wankol Points each time you finish an activity. View your earned points in ‘My Points’ and discover the activities listed under ‘Campaigns To Earn Points’.
When will I get paid?
After a campaign ends, advertiser will need to confirm settlement to our system in order for KOL to get paid. However, if within 7 working days advertiser has not confirm settlement, system will automatically settle the campaign and KOL will automatically receive payment in the account balance.
What’s the difference between by submission and by invitation?
In “By Submission” campaigns, KOL can both sign up to campaign or be invited by advertiser to a campaign. But, KOL do not need advertiser’s approval to enter the campaign. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to http://pc.wankol.com/login and choose “Forgot Password”.Enter your e-mail address or phone number, password, and verification code send to your e-mail or phone number. Click “Reset” If your password has been successfully reset, there will be a prompt message of “successfully modified”
What happened if the benefit I want to redeemed is out of stock or not available?
If the benefit that you want to redeem using your Wankol Points is out of stock or not available, the points will be refunded back to your account. You can then use the points to redeem another available reward or save them for later use.
