Name Card Verification is a process to confirm that you are the actual owner of the account. At Wankol, we prioritize honesty, and to ensure accurate and complete data for advertisers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) are required to fill out a designated form. This not only enhances your chances of being selected for campaigns but also builds trust with advertisers, as they can rely on authorized accounts with comprehensive information.
Follow these steps for Name Card Verification:
- Choose the name card you want to verify.
- Click the three dots located in the top right corner.
- Select “Name Card Verification.”
- Complete all the required fields:
a. Self-Introduction: Provide a brief description of yourself or your account in one or two sentences to help advertisers understand you better.
b. Sponsored Video: Pick one sponsored video made in collaboration with a brand that you want to showcase to advertisers.
c. Daily Content: Select one daily content video that you create and post regularly.
d. Insight Screenshot: Visit your social media insight page and take a screenshot to prove ownership of the account. - Demographics: Fill in the demographic data from your social media insight. Locate this information in your social media platform’s insight section.
How to find the Insight page for each social media platform?
YouTube:
- Open the YouTube app.
- Navigate to your profile in the bottom right.
- Click “View Channel” beneath your name or next to your profile picture.
- Choose the statistic icon located beside the “Manage Videos” button.
- Capture a screenshot of this page and upload it to Wankol.
Instagram:
- Open the Instagram app.
- Go to your profile in the bottom right.
- Tap the three lines in the top right corner.
- Select “Insight.”
