KOL submitted the video which we have not agreed on, where should I report this case?

If you ever encounter a situation where a KOL submits a video that was not agreed upon, please do not worry. You can easily report this case by selecting “No Settlement” to prevent the system from completing the payment to the KOL. After that, the KOL will have the opportunity to appeal the decision, and our team will conduct a thorough investigation of the issue.
